What role do the products play in the assembly cell?
In the assembly cell, Zoller + Fröhlich provides the automated preparation of wires – from precise feeding and cutting to process-secure stripping for further processing within the assembly cell.

The Z+F WireDancer® in combination with the Z+F Spoolkit ensures smooth and consistent unwinding of wires from the spool located beneath the assembly table within the assembly cell.
In combination with multiple wire straightening units, the wires are automatically fed to the cutting machines Z+F EVOCUT® and Z+F EVOFEED®.
The cutting machines enable sequential processing of multiple wires without manual interference.
This results in time savings of up to 70% during wire changes compared to conventional systems.
Our wire stripping machines optimally prepare the wires for subsequent assembly.
