Each intRAC is designed for flexible process execution, allowing different cable types to be processed in a single system. The modular design enables efficient changeovers, allowing you to respond flexibly to product changes.

The intRAC is ready for immediate use. We take care of the integration and support of the software and hardware, so no special robotics knowledge is required.
Integrated data collection and testing for guaranteed quality assurance.
The internal data collection system of the intRAC ensures quality. Deformed cables are automatically sorted out in advance. After the cables have been plugged in, the snap-in connection is checked by means of a pull-out test.
Optimized cycle times for predictable and accurate production processes.
IntRAC also operates in three shifts, without breaks, sick days, or vacation days, and with precise cycle times. This enables us to achieve continuous and scalable production that our customers can count on.
